Poker Practice help

Email patrickswalls@gmail.com with anything — a bug, a hand you think was graded wrong, a feature you want. You'll hear back fast.

Is the app free?

Yes. Practice hands, grades, skill drills, history and readiness are free, with no ads and no account. Coach Pro is an optional subscription for the AI coach chat, because every coach answer costs real money to generate.

How do I cancel or manage Coach Pro?

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Poker Practice. Or in the app: Settings → Coach Pro → Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

I paid but the coach says I'm not subscribed.

In the app open Settings → Coach Pro → Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Is there a limit on coach questions?

Coach Pro includes up to 40 questions a day and 300 a month — far more than a long study session uses.

A grade looks wrong.

Grades come from a simplified model of a solid live regular. Some spots are close. Email the hand (History → the hand) and we'll look.
